The fight between the Catholic Church, social conservatives and President Obama over birth control seems to be a winning battle for the president. A CBS News/New York Times poll finds overwhelming support for the rule that, under a compromise laid out by the president, requires insurance companies to pick up the cost of contraceptive coverage for women, even if their employer objects for relgious reasons.
