Is “Loser Pays” Legislation Really Intimidation of Average Texans? AUDIO

Governor Perry is pushing for so-called “loser pays” rules in Texas that would require people who file lawsuits to pay the expenses of defendants if the plaintiffs lose the case.  The governor and others argue this kind of tort reform is a way to cut down on frivolous lawsuits.  Tweet Share
